With 18+ years of professional experience this humble yogi is more than just a guide, teacher or trainer. More accurately, I see myself a curator of wonderful, wellbeing experiences that nurture body, mind and soul. For all walks of life and being, I bring a non-judgmental, inclusive, joyful and "cheeky" spirit to everything I do. Perhaps with you too?

It’s been an epic journey from beach barefoot in San Diego sands, to big cities, to cruise ship singing in Hawaii, working with Xena in New Zealand, a yoga school owner in Sydney, reaching the heavens to touch the stars - one of the most amazing and inspiring women I’ve ever worked with and her hard-working “Australia” film co-star and wonderful Wolverine , to yoga taught in French in Paris and Morocco, to years on an illustrious Mustique Island as the resident yoga and fitness instructor for high-net high-flyers, faultless comic-geniuses and global trend setters. And now, finally, settled and home in the Athens of the North, Edinburgh, Scotland.
